Planning permission has been approved for 17 top- specification apartments on the site of the former Gwalia Working Mens club.

An extremely complex negotiation process both in the purchase and planning phase has taken 2 years to overcome but with successful delivery of planning permission the site has now been sold to a housebuilder for delivery of the scheme.
