5 STEP LAND PROCESS
1. Initial Discussion
After getting in touch, our first meeting or discussion will be to really understand your situation as the landowners. If you love the area you live and don’t want to move, you just want to get rid and out of there ASAP or anything in between, we can tailor the arrangement to your needs.
2. Assessment
After we have got to grips with what you want out of the transaction we can really get to work. An in detail assessment of the property and its potential will be undertaken and we can begin to draw up the proposals that suit your needs. This will usually take between 24 and 48 hours.
3. Proposals
We usually sit down over a coffee or some lunch (COVID permitting) and set out a number of the proposals we feel suit the site and your needs. There doesn’t have to be a decision made there and then although most are!
4. Purchase/Planning
After a decision has been made to go ahead we will either submit a scheme for planning approval or purchase the site unconditionally. Planning approval can take anywhere between 3 and 24 months depending upon complexity but if you opt to sell the site immediately we can act as quickly as you need us to.
5. Delivery
It really is as simple as delivery. We deliver on our proposals and do not waiver.
